I don’t think of myself as an artist. I believe an artist works from and as a form of primarily self-expression. I think of my artistic work more as a chance for interaction than self-expression. It’s a way to express an idea that is important to me, but that is more importantly a gateway to a larger, shared conversation. It’s a never ending give and take.
